About Us

In 2019, a group of business owners — both registered and non-registered companies — began building lasting relationships with one another, creating opportunities over time for themselves, their businesses, and society. During the COVID-19 outbreak, this group worked together to support one another, referring business opportunities to survive, and building trust through quality and teamwork as a Core Team.

In 2021, the Cambodia Investor, Contractor, and Architect Association (CICAA) was founded by 22 companies, and officially registered with the Ministry of Interior on July 21, 2022 under Prakas No. ៤៣២០ ប្រក, shaping its members into a social enterprise in support of its vision and mission for social development through Cambodia's construction industry.
