At Himawari Hotel Apartments, in the evening, November 03, 2025, Cambodia Investor Contractor and Architect Association- CICAA led by Mr. SENG BUNVIRAK, President and Singapore Renovation Contractors and Material Suppliers Association- RCMA led by Dato Dr. SKY TAN KL, President, signed an official MOU on supporting professional training services, social work, supporting the upcoming events related to sectors of architecture and construction and supporting each other on the upcoming investment projects related to sectors of construction architectures and real estates.
